Post-WOMPA Update

Guys…. I’m so JAZZED about that event last Saturday! It might’ve been cold, and the turnout could have been better, but just getting to experience everything was such a joy. I talked to customers, made a few sales, met with my fellow vendors and got some AMAZING feedback and ideas for the future. I had a wonderful team that stuck out the cold and wind with me and hyped up my products to those that came to look.

I used to read those posts around the holidays that said, “shop local, big businesses don’t jump for joy when they make a sale,” and I REALLY jumped for joy when I did! I’m so honored that my items were such a hit, and I’m already making more!

Speaking of items, don’t worry! Everything I have leftover from the event will be up on my website soon. I need to take some photos and type everything out, which is the hardest part for me! But don’t worry, I want to get these crocheted babies out for everyone to see.

While waiting on new sales posts, check out my booth!! I hand painted all my signs and crocheted the stars on my garland. I couldn’t be more proud of myself!!

I was working on a pet portrait nearly the whole time we were there. I had a couple of my acrylic marker ones out for show, but I wanted to show off my skills to the public. I’m not quite finished yet, but wanted to share my progress so far!

Thank you to my beautiful mom and close friend Naomi for sitting in the cold with me for hours. My boyfriend was there too, but I didn’t manage to get any photos of him lollll

Looking good in our froggy best!

And a BIG thank you to the owners of The Wandering Stitch for hosting this event at WOMPA! Haley and Caden were so wonderful, and I can’t wait to participate in more events like this one. If you get a chance, check them out on Facebook!
