Hey there! I am Kristen Carrow, a self-taught artist from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I have been practicing my craft since the age of 11. Pop culture has always been a driving force behind my work, and it continues to inspire me to this day. My art often features references to my favorite games and shows, alongside my love for bright colors, quirky designs, and frogs. I am currently thrilled to be sharing my artistic passion with others as part of the team at Pinot's Palette.

Some other hobbies of mine include crochet, cross-stitch, embroidery, basket weaving, digital art, basically anything that can keep my hands busy. When I’m not creating I’m usually gaming, with Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing being two of my favorites. My partner and I often play together, both online and offline, and he plays a huge role in inspiring me to be my best. We have three pets together, one dog and two cats, so there is always something going on at home.

I always find time to explore new creative outlets, with one of my latest hobbies being earring making. It all started when I discovered my nickel allergy and had to fill the accessory gap that was created by it. A quick trip to Michael's for some air-dry clay and jewelry parts were all I needed to get started. As I poured myself into my art, it caught the attention of many, and the positive feedback inspired me to start a shop-blog to share my art with a broader audience.

In addition to creating my own pieces, I also love doing custom work for people. Bringing someone's vision to life through my art is incredibly satisfying, whether it's earrings, crochet, or paintings.
